Norwegian Barnehage
Norway House and Concordia Language Villages launched a pilot Norwegian Barnehage preschool language program for children ages two and half to three and half in the spring of 2006. Parents and children learned the Norwegian language and culture through music, dance, creative dramatics, crafts, games, stories and food. The eight-week long session meeting twice a week was filled to capacity and will expand to two sections in the fall of 2006.

Classes are held at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Minneapolis.
