A FREE Informational Event at Norway House on Wednesday, March 6th, 6:30-7:30pm
Hosted by Borton Overseas
Join Borton Overseas on March 6th to learn how you could travel with Twin Cities Meteorologist Sven Sundgaard to Botswana and Victoria Falls October 13-24, 2019. They will discuss the details of this exclusive tour and Sven will share personal stories about his experiences in Africa and talk about current conservation efforts across the African continent.
About the trip
Borton Overseas has crafted this small-group safari exclusively for Sven, highlighting his passion for sharing his vast knowledge of all things influenced by weather and shaped by water. The journey showcases the incredible diversity of Botswana’s landscapes and natural habitats, from the stark Nxai Pan to the game-rich Moremi Game Reserve in the heart of the Okavango Delta region. The timing is during Southern Africa’s dry season when game viewing is at its peak as animals are concentrated near food and water sources. The trip ends with a few days at the iconic Victoria Falls to cap this extraordinary adventure!
There will be time for Q&A following the hour-long presentation. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the presentation, and we encourage you to come early to enjoy the current Norway House exhibit, VESSEL: Ceramic Art by Michael Geertsen and Morten Løbner Espersen.
If you have questions about this event, feel free to contact Borton Overseas at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612-822-4640.
No RSVP is required.
