Norway House members are invited for a special breakfast series in the Kaffebar every month!
This exclusive Norway House member event aims to provide a social platform for supporters of Norway House and Norwegian culture to meet in the spirit of community and the opportunity to share a unique and tasty piece of Nordic culture.
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast spread, get your morning "kaffe" fix, and peruse the current exhibition gallery before Norway House opens up for the day. We encourage our members to invite friends and acquaintances to this event as prospective members. Simply purchase the $7.00 "Friend" ticket for your buddy! We will also be accepting cash or card payments at the front entrance.
This month, Twin Cities musical storytellers, Impossible Salt, will perform a preview of their production of Peer Gynt. The company takes its name to heart, compressing Henrik Ibsen’s 7-hour epic philosophical play into one hour. Experience the raucous, mischievous march into a world of laziness and lies, self-centered protagonists, voices in the dark, women who wait, and trolls.
As usual, the Gallery will also be open to view. Our latest photography exhibit, Mother, by Judy Olausen will be on display through September 1.
