THREE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
First, submit your gingerbread idea via our form below so we can anticipate the structures and sizes of this year’s creations to help our designers plan our exhibit. Second, drop-off your gingerbread creations at Norway House between November 12 and November 19, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Contact Max Stevenson if you need to schedule a drop-off outside of those hours.
Whatever your level of experience - hobby cookie enthusiast, family who loves sweets, professional baker - ALL are invited to contribute a house, structure, or building to Gingerbread Wonderland. If you plan to create one of the Twin Cities’ iconic buildings, please connect with Max via the registration form below to make sure you don’t duplicate efforts with another baker! For our recommended dough and icing recipes, click on the “For Bakers” button.
See your name in gingerbread! Norway House is dependent on financial support from sponsors of all kinds and donations of all sizes to make Gingerbread Wonderland a reality. If you are interested in supporting this sweet endeavor through sponsorship, please contact Christina Carleton.
Starting on November 23rd (through January 5th), Gingerbread Wonderland at Norway House is open to visitors! Enjoy holiday treats at our Kaffebar and surround yourself in all things gingerbread. You can even arrange group visits for groups of 10 or more and get a discount admission if you schedule in advance. Contact Rachael Barnes to schedule a group tour.
