Norway House is founded upon and continues to grow because of contributions from our members, donors, and organizations who believe in our mission to connect the United States with contemporary Norway through art, business, and culture. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, every dollar you put in can be seen directly in gallery and meeting spaces, the dedicated staff, the databases and websites that connect our community, and the general upkeep of the Albert Quie Education Center that houses new and exciting programming for the over 40,000 visitors who come through our doors each year.

Norway House is built upon and will continue to function because of community contributions.

These tax deductible gifts support the everyday expenses that keep Norway House vibrant and consistent. Gifts to support the pursuit of Norway House's mission can be made in honor or memory of a loved one or someone special.

A membership to Norway House is a great way to show your interest and commitment to the Norwegian-American community. Not only do you get into the Galleri and many other events for free or at a discounted rate, but because of your annual membership gift, you've just shown all of the organizations and partners we work with that you have bought into Norway House as a space for them to convene. Organizations who have their events here can also choose to offer the same discount or free admission to their events.

Check out all of the benefits for you and Norway House, and find which level of membership suits you best.

There are plenty of ways to give back to Norway House as a volunteer and ambassador for our mission. Events and gallery openings are always great ways to meet other patrons and serve as a helpful and friendly resource for all things Norwegian. The front desk in the Quie Center is run by volunteers and part-time staff who know the ins-and-outs of our facility and calendar, and they serve as the first face and point-person for the organization. Special service opportunities always arise, such as cleaning needs, baking or decorating for a party or event, setting up exhibits, making phone calls or filing, etc. Our staff and fellow volunteers and board members love getting to know each other through service. We encourage you to reach out to Robin Cole about volunteer opportunities and how you can give back in a creative way.
