Norway House Store - Return Policy
At Norway House, we strive to provide a positive shopping experience for all our customers. While we consider standard returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis, we are happy to consider store credit or refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will review your request and determine if a store credit or refund is appropriate.
Eligible items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credits can be used towards future purchases at our store.
All decisions regarding store credits and refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Norway House management. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy guidelines.
