Join us for the 3rd Annual Lutefiskfestivalen at Norway House, a one-of-a-kind celebration of Norway’s most iconic holiday dish. Together with the award-winning culinary team from Lutefiskfestivalen LLC, we’re bringing you a bold, modern take on this beloved (and sometimes infamous) tradition.
Over two festive evenings, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a full lutefisk dinner inspired by contemporary Norwegian cuisine. Think: perfectly prepared lutefisk with traditional sides like crispy bacon, hearty potatoes, and brunost—but elevated. Your ticket includes a welcome drink, a curated Norwegian beer and aquavit pairing, and access to the pultost bar, where you’ll sample one of the world’s oldest cheeses still in production.
Chef Espen Tømte, who trained under Norway’s legendary Arne Brimi, returns to lead the kitchen—infusing each dish with creativity, skill, and deep respect for Norwegian food heritage. Alongside the meal, enjoy Norwegian entertainment and learn about the strange and storied history of lutefisk and aquavit.
Whether you’re a die-hard lutefisk lover or just lutefisk-curious, this is your chance to taste, toast, and celebrate Norwegian holiday culture like never before.
