Lars Dahle, CEO and founder of Synplan AI

Join us for this month’s BARN Networking Event. This is your opportunity to meet Lars Dahle, a serial entrepreneur in the healthcare space who is passionate about creating better outcome for patients. He pioneered the use of Remote Patient Monitoring in Norway with his first startup - DIGNIO in 2012.

He is also a pioneer in the use of electronic medication dispensers in Norway. Both Remote Patient Monitoring and Electronic Medication dispensers are widely used in the public healthcare in Norway to create a more sustainable service.

He still serves at the Board of Directors at Dignio. He also serves at the Board of Directors for SINTEF, the largest Research organization in Norway. 

Currently, he's the CEO and Co-Founder of Synplan, who helps healthcare providers manage their resources more optimally while considering the preferences from employees with the use of advanced AI/ML. 

Before entering the startup world, Lars held management positions in large IT and Telecom companies.

He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian Technical University (NTNU) and a Masters degree in Management from Sloan School, MIT.
