Lefse with Heidi Eger

  • Norway House 913 East Franklin Avenue Minneapolis United States (map)

Join Heidi Eger as she shares her grandmother’s foolproof recipe for lefse. Heidi will take you through each step, from choosing the potatoes to rolling out and frying your lefse on a griddle. This is a hands-on class, so please bring an apron and something to hold back your hair. You will be able to have samples in class and leave with sheets of lefse to share with your family.

(How good is this foolproof recipe? Restaurant and county club chefs have taken this class and now use her recipe in their kitchens. Now, you can, too.)

Note: We need 48 hours’ notice in order to reschedule your tickets or to provide a refund if there is a cancellation. Thank you.
