Early summer means grilling and it means rhubarb. Now, these flavors are combined in grilled ribs with rhubarb barbecue sauce. Join us at Norway House for an afternoon of hands-on rib cooking with Teena Anderson, owner of Anoka Meat and Sausage and a regular guest on Twin Cities Live and Fox 9 Good Day.
In this interactive class, you’ll make your own rhubarb sauce while you sip an optional beverage available for purchase from our Kaffebar.
Teena will expertly walk you through how to select the best possible ribs and how to prepare them. The ribs will be partially cooked beforehand, then finished in class. But Teena will ensure you know how to do each step so you can successfully make this dish at home.
Designed as a small-group cook-along, you will enjoy conversation, collaboration, and a delicious small meal at the end of class.
