The sauna runs longer on Thursdays during Hygge Happy Hour! 
    - Added times: 4:00–5:30pm and 6:00–7:30pm

Grab your suit, towels, and robes—Norway House is hosting a wood-fired sauna by Sweet Steam Saunas and getting cozy this winter season right on our plaza! Come in from the cold and celebrate a Nordic tradition of wellness, relaxation, and connection.

What can you expect from the sauna?

  • A cozy entry room with cubbies for your belongings

  • A spacious, wood-fired sauna (yes, you can throw water on the rocks!)

  • Temperatures of up to 180 degrees

  • Capacity for up to 12 guests per session

  • Complementary entry to Gingerbread Wonderland—before or after your visit, during exhibit open hours

  • Each 90-minute session includes time to warm-up, cool down, and repeat

Admission:
• General admission: $20 for a 90-minute session
• Norway House members: $15 for a 90-minute session

Plan Your Visit:

  • Reserve your session online to guarantee your spot

  • Check-in at the sauna when you arrive

  • Change in the family restroom (you’ll receive the door code at check-in)

  • Relax and Recharge—step outside between rounds to enjoy the crisp air, and don’t forget to rehydrate!

  • Gingerbread Wonderland admission included prior or post-sauna, during exhibit open hours

What to Bring

Bathing Suit, Towel, Water bottle, Flip-flops or sandals, and a robe if you have one!
