Kari’s Barnehage meets every Thursday for 13 weeks. Children play, sing, and speak Norwegian while having fun.

Sing, play, and create with teacher Kari Stern at Norway House while learning Norwegian! Using immersion techniques (using Norwegian as the primary language in class) children make direct linguistic connections to items and actions without translating. The theme for this fall’s session is “Alt om du og meg” (All about you and me), exploring our homes, our families and ourselves. Bli med - Come join us!

This class begins on September 11 and meets every Thursday for thirteen weeks, ending on December 11.

No class on November 27, Thanksgiving

Please register by September 4, 2025.

This class is for children age 2 to 4 years old with a parent or caregiver. Classes are held at Norway House each Thursday, 10 am to 11 am, starting September 11 through December 11.

Registration is per family. Space is limited
