FINNISH BRIDAL SAUNA
In this course, participants will be introduced to the ancient Finnish ritual of morsiussauna (bridal sauna) and how it has come into popularity again for many modern brides as a part of their wedding preparations.
We will talk through several rituals that are traditionally done during this rite-of-passage, as well as, start to plan a morsiussauna for ourselves, family member, or a friend. Some of this class will be spent in the woodburning sauna that Norway House is host to into March of this year.
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and flip flops.

After the class, participants will be able to book a future sauna session at Norway House for a 50% discount to be used through April 15, 2026.
